Mastering The Product Development Cycle

A structured, instructor-led training that gives you the knowledge, frameworks, and vocabulary to navigate every stage of product development from idea to launch.

About this Training

From Idea to Launch The Full Product Development Cycle

What to Expect

Product development has a clear cycle. Most people only ever see part of it. This training walks you through every stage from identifying the right problem to shipping and measuring what comes after.
Delivered across 3 sessions, each one covers a distinct phase of the product development cycle. Attend all three for the full picture, or focus on the session most relevant to where you are right now. Each one is instructor-led, structured, and designed to give you knowledge you can apply the same week.
This is not a workshop. There are no group exercises or live pitches. This is focused, instructor led learning delivered live so you can ask questions and engage with the material as it unfolds.

Training Breakdown

One training. Three parts.

Each part covers a distinct half of using AI in product work. Attend both to understand the complete picture.
1
Part One
From Problem to Product — Discovery & Definition
We start at the beginning learning how to identify the right problems worth solving, frame them clearly, and define a product direction before a single line of code is written.

Learning Objective

Conduct customer interviews that surface real problems, not just opinions
Apply problem framing techniques to define a clear product opportunity
Distinguish between symptoms and root causes in user feedback
Write a problem statement that aligns your team around what to solve
2
Part Two
Prioritize & Plan — Roadmaps That Actually Work
With the problem defined, we move into deciding what to build and when — covering prioritization frameworks, roadmap strategy, and how to communicate decisions to any stakeholder.

Learning Objective

Apply RICE and MoSCoW frameworks to rank product opportunities
Build a roadmap that reflects strategy, not just a feature backlog
Communicate prioritization decisions clearly to leadership
Know when and how to say no without burning bridges
3
Part Three
Build, Launch & Learn — From Prototype to Production
The final session closes the loop covering how to move from idea to tested solution, ship with confidence, and use what you learn after launch to drive the next cycle.

Learning Objective

Prototype and test assumptions before committing to a full build
Define success metrics before launch not after.
Structure a go-to-market plan that sets your product up for adoption
Run a post-launch review that feeds into the next cycle

How it Works
